Inochate Echoes | 2019
In this series, I engage with desert flora that contemplate the edge of survival and explore intricacies of plant DNA. Conjured letterforms and saturated hues reminiscent of nucleic acid gel stains inspire the enigmatic formation of an inchoate language. This series transforms these natural formations into a symbolic language—a testament to the strain that life is currently experiencing. “Inchoate Echoes” calls upon the audience to contemplate the interconnectedness of all living beings and the profound mysteries that lie within the genetic fabric.
